Conditions for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The custom bookmark must have been purchased directly from Moksuela (verified by order confirmation email, invoice, or shipping label).
• The product must be incorrect in size/color, damaged, or have a manufacturing defect.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all items such as the warranty card, usage guide, and accessories.

Non-Eligible Return Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The custom bookmark has been used after receipt.
• The customer has changed their mind about the product.
• The product received matches the size/color as described at the time of purchase.

Return Procedure
If your return is confirmed as eligible, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the custom bookmark securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

3. After shipping, email us the tracking number at [email protected].

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your request, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
